The EPF PROTÉGÉ Programme is specifically designed to enhance Malaysia graduates’ employability to be equipped with skill sets for the world of work. Our 6 months programmed will offer you on-the-job exposure and soft-skills training opportunities. This is where and when you'll discover your potential and grow!On-the-job training and upskilling opportunities:Learn how to create a seamless customer experience through direct practical exposureGain operational and back-end processes knowledgeParticipate in training/courses to improve soft skills to enhance capabilitiesApply if you fit these requirements:Citizen of MalaysiaFresh graduates with a minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, Customer Service, Accounting, Human Resource, Investment, Quantity Surveying, Occupational Safety and Health and more from any local or abroad higher learning institution that is recognised by the Government of MalaysiaProficient in oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaSPM holder that obtained at least a credit in Bahasa Malaysia, including passing in oral testObtain CGPA 2.75 and above (or equivalent)Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skillsComputer literacy in basic Microsoft OfficeStrong team player, self-motivated, driven and willing to learnPreference will be given to graduates with no prior working experience and who are currently unemployedAvailable placement:KWASA Damansara (HQ KWSP)Branches all over MalaysiaDigital Channel Dept. & EPF Learning Campus (Bangi)All applications are strictly CONFIDENTIAL, and only shortlisted candidates will be called in for interview.
