In other words: You do the deal, we’ll do the project.Job DescriptionDo you understand asset management back office and specifically familiar with the payments set-up including SWIFT standards? Do you have experience in projects which require co-createment between business and ICT? Then we like to talk to you!Our client is upgrading to the next SWIFT standards and streamlining the payments processes.As an epic owner, you become leading in all phases in which your responsibility shifts at each stage. Your focus will be on the analysis, in close coordination with the IT departments. In addition, the solution is designed and defined in which the added business value is continuously assessed. You work together with your colleagues on an agile working method and are able to assign you the role of Epic Owner.You are motivated to process the requested business changes in the smartest way, but also to be a sparring partner for the team, the product owner and other departments in the field of architecture and vision in the longer term. You have good problem solving skills and are able to guide and coach junior business analysts.QualificationsYou are an enthusiastic 'T-shape' team player who mainly makes analyses and end-to-end designs, using a holistic approach, and understands the technology. You like to work in a dynamic and changing environment and you are eager to bring in new ideas.The Epic owner we are looking for is solution-oriented and always sees opportunities. Taking ownership and responsibility is a matter of course and you have a pragmatic attitude. We want you to be result-oriented without losing sight of the quality.You have a degree (preferably master) in Finance, or other relevant area;You have at least 5 years of relevant working experience as agile Business Analyst/PM/Epic Owner;You have content knowledge of and experience with the investment chain and payment processes;You show a clear interest in financial markets;You have strong convincing power;You have highly developed communication skills and can easily communicate in English (verbal and in writing), Dutch is a pré.Additional InformationAcquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.Your work locations are in the Netherlands.
