Epicor ERP Developer

Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Epicor ERP Developer/Team Lead with a proven track record of customising, upgrading, and integrating Epicor Classic 10 and Kinetic systems to meet client-specific business needs. The ideal candidate will lead development initiatives, manage technical tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to deliver robust and scalable ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Epicor ERP development projects, including customisations, upgrades, and integrations for clients.Design and implement BPMs, BAQs, and Application Studio customisations to align with business workflows.Develop and maintain C# scripts, REST/SOAP integrations, and SSRS reports across multiple Epicor modules.Support operations within Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, and related functional areas.Manage Epicor 10 to Kinetic upgrades and iScala-to-Kinetic migration projects.Automate and enhance processes using Epicor Services and MRP system improvements.Handle large-scale data migration and management using DMT.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define requirements and ensure successful project delivery.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (Epicor 10 / Kinetic).Strong command of C#, BPMs, BAQs, Application Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and SSRS reporting.Experience with .NET Core, EF Core, and Azure DevOps / AKS for enterprise-grade applications.Proven success in managing ERP upgrades, migrations, and data automation workflows.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional environments.Preferred ExperiencePrevious involvement with international Epicor implementations.Familiarity with manufacturing, Trading, finance, or supply chain processes within Epicor.Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
