As a Renewal Representative, you will be responsible for contacting and building relationships with existing customers to secure a license/product renewal. Responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online and updating/maintaining records in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Join our dynamic team in Budapest! This is a full-time, permanent hybrid position, offering the perfect balance of three days in the office and two days working from home. What You Will Be DoingAchieve quota by ensuring license/product renewal accuracy and cross functional entitlement for customer support.
Provide product renewal date and pricing details to the customer in advance to ensure timely renewal. Work within an established territory within the EMEA region with both customer and partners. Analyze customer feedback to capture customer product expectations, experience, satisfaction and abandonment propensity in the CRM system. Build and maintains a positive relationship with customers and internal teams. Work with other teams such as Sales Operations to ensure customer requirements are met.
