Job Description

You will be working in a proactive and demanding environment. One of your keys skills will be the ability to multi task. The Receptionist/Admin Assistant will also need to priorities workload and work to tight deadlines. Adaptability is essential as the needs of the role vary in line with the demands of the business. This position has sole responsibility for office tasks and some HR and Finance activities. What You’ll DoOn Reception side:

Handle incoming calls and incoming/outgoing post Meetings organization, administrative and logistic back up Communicate with external suppliers and internal team members Support with organizing office events, internal meetings and trainings Office facilities and stationary Management Support to Senior Management (Finance and HR)Finance - AP Side Recording incoming invoices to the system Vendor setup approval AP invoice checking & posting Employee Expenses registration and handlingKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesExperience working in a multi-disciplinary team setting preferredComputer systems fluency; ability to learn new programs rapidlyStrong work ethic with an attention to detail and effective communicationDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughnessAble to multi-tasking and work independently in a fast paced changing environmentExcellent communication skills both oral and writtenExcellent customer serviceQualifications3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledgeAbout EpicorAt Epicor, we’re truly a team.
