Accountant

Key ResponsibilitiesManage full sets of accounting duties, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting for 4Divinity Pte. Ltd. and a few dormant companies. Work closely with Business Development / Publishing units to understand how game acquisition deals are structured and gather necessary information and documentation for billing purposes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing information. Generate invoices and billings for external customers and partners in a timely and accurate manner, following established billing schedules and terms.

Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding invoices, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of billing and invoicing activities, including invoice tracking, payment processing, and reconciliation of accounts. Prepare periodic financial reports, summaries, and analyses for management review, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation. Assist in external audits. Assist and support other projects/tasks as required.

RequirementsCandidate with a degree in Accounting, professional accountancy qualification or equivalentCPA preferredAt least 5 years of working experience in accountingExperience working in trading companies & knowledge on inventory system preferredGood interpersonal & communication skillsExperience with general ledger functions and full set accountingHands-on experience with accounting software packages i. e.
