We are looking for a Music Marketing Manager to orchestrate our music marketing campaigns and ensure our creative efforts reach our global audience seamlessly. This is a hands-on role where you'll be the bridge between our music and marketing functions, driving efficiency and impact. Note: This is a temporary cover for approximately one year. The roleAs our Music Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in ensuring our music-related marketing campaigns are executed flawlessly, from initial concept to final delivery. You will be the central point for coordinating campaign activities, ensuring all moving parts align with our strategic goals.

Your role involves active collaboration with various teams across Epidemic Sound to ensure our music reaches and resonates with our global audience. Your daily impact will include: Leading the day-to-day execution of music marketing campaigns that support the awareness and acquisition of online and enterprise customersOwning campaign operations - including planning, briefing, budget coordination, timelines, stakeholder management, and overseeing contracts and rights clearance. Collaborating early with Music and PR to align on campaign direction, narratives, and artist positioning. Collaborating closely with all channel owners during the launch of campaigns and initiatives to ensure seamless execution and maximum reach.

Ensuring smooth cross-functional alignment by keeping teams like Music, PR, Brand, Product, and Partnerships informed and engaged throughout campaign lifecycles. Supporting the reporting and evaluation of music marketing initiatives to evaluate campaign results, identify key trends, capture learnings, and inform future strategies. Monitoring music and cultural trends to help surface timely and relevant campaign opportunities. Acting as a key operational bridge between Music and Marketing functions, contributing to high-quality, well-structured campaign delivery. Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned as needed. Requirements5+ years of experience in music marketing, with a significant focus on end-to-end campaign management and execution.

3+ years of experience in a role that involved leading projects, guiding teams, or mentoring junior colleagues. Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally and managing diverse stakeholders in a dynamic environment. Preferably 2+ years of experience in a scale-up or fast-growing startup environment, showcasing your ability to adapt, innovate, and drive impact in a rapidly evolving organization.
