Role Purpose:The EPMO Manager will lead the Enterprise Project Management, ensuring that all projects align with the organization’s strategicgoals. This includes standardizing project management practices, overseeing interdepartmental processes, and providing key insights to leadership through detailed reporting. The role involves defining and monitoring KPIs, Projects planning, delivery and execution, andensuring continuous process improvements across all business unitsPrincipal Accountabilities and Key Activities-Define and implement KPIs to measure departmental performance against organizational goals.- Align project management practices with the company’s strategic objectives.- Oversee and validate interdepartmental procedures and processes for consistency and compliance.- Ensure adherence to company standards and best practices.- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, templates, processes, procedures, and policies.- Establish a consistent framework for project planning, execution, and reporting.- Evaluate and select the most appropriate Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System to optimize project- Lead the implementation and integration of ERP solutions across the organization.- Provide high-level reports to senior leadership, highlighting project statuses, risks, and critical issues.- Support escalation processes to address project challenges effectively.- Work collaboratively with department heads to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.- Mentor and guide project managers to ensure successful delivery of projects.- Accountable for project delivery, progress, and results across the organization, including customer and strategicprojects.- Lead varies of initiatives, projects and Tasks assigned by the CEO.
