Chaque jour, plus de 80 000 collaborateurs dans le monde qui ouvrent la voie à des solutions de mobilité plus vertes et plus intelligentes pour relier les villes, réduire l’empreinte carbone et remplacer la voiture.EPU «Test et Finition » ManagerMain Missions: Ensure that test and have clear and exhaustive understanding of the Acceptance Criteria.Participate in a Hand Over process from Manufacturing.Manage on day to day basis the planning and workload in the testing workshop.Ensure the test are carried out according to the Testing procedure and the result properly recorded.Ensure the Tools and right Spare parts are available to the testing teams to carry out their activities.Review and improve continuously the operational activities to ensure productivity targets are met.Consolidate and well document Test Reports.Implement and deploy methods and tools and best practices defined by APSYS.Regularly consolidate and communicate on the project KPI’s.Manage Interface and perfect working relationship with: PrTCM (Project T&C Manager), SSM SSM (Sub-System Manager), TVE, PIM, Industrial Quality, Production Line Manager, Manufacturing EPU Manager, PrWM, PrQSM to achieve the testing KPI’s.Cascade the information to Testing Teams.Manages disputes and day to day issues of his team.Manage competencies matrix and development plan for his test engineers or technicians.Ensures T&C activities and operating areas comply with Site EHS requirements.Reports Deviations, Near-misses and Accidents.Demonstrates excellent EHS behavior.Niveau d'étude: License degree in electrical engineering or equivalent (Bac+3)Expérience : Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in Testing & Commissioning of Electrical, Control, Basic level in English language Competences et skills: Have a good understanding of key electrical and/or mechanical processes (in particular earthing & bonding, cabling, protection and instrumentation, …)Strong leadership; result-driven mindsetAbility to foster communications between multiple stakeholders (product engineering, manufacturing, industrial functions…)Ability for problem-solving and efficient decision-making in complex environmentAbility to work in a multi-cultural environmentTeam spirit approach and good communication skillsSera rattaché au Testing Manager Il n’y a pas que les passionnés de trains qui s’épanouissent chez nous.
