Job Description

Are you a curious thinker, and a champion of clarity and collaboration? We're looking for a Product Analyst to join our team at epx, where we build smart technology that helps the built environment thrive, reducing energy waste, costs, and emissions. The Role: As a Product Analyst, you’ll turn data into direction, unlocking insights that power better product decisions, enhanced user experiences, and smarter strategic bets. You’ll work closely with our Head of Product, designers, engineers, and commercial teams to connect the dots between user behaviour, performance metrics, and product opportunities.

This role also plays a key part in bringing structure to product conversations, helping document what matters and ensuring everyone stays aligned as we move fast and scale. What You’ll Do:

Use product and usage data to surface insights that drive improvements and innovation Design and run A/B tests to validate hypotheses and improve product experience Create dashboards, reports and data visualisations to help teams track what matters Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, Customer Delivery, Sales and more Analyse user feedback and behavioural patterns to find friction and opportunity Present clear, data-informed recommendations to support decision-making Support clear documentation of discovery findings, product requirements, user stories, and key decisions, helping the team stay aligned and focused Translate complex product conversations into clean, accessible artefacts (think Miro boards, Confluence, PRDs, etc.

) Stay ahead of market and technology trends to help us keep levelling up What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Product Analyst, Data Analyst or similar in a SaaS or tech-led environment Confidence with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and A/B testing platforms Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to turn complex findings into clear, actionable insights Experience in Agile/Lean product development environments A knack for organising messy information into beautifully clear documentation Comfortable using tools like Confluence, Jira, or Miro to support collaborative product work Bonus points for experience with Python/R, Pendo, or user testing platforms Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to make things better for people and the planet What We Offer:
