What You'll DoAs a Family Success Specialist, you'll be the key point of contact for your assigned families, building trust and ensuring they have everything they need for a successful school experience. Your work will be varied, people-focused, and impactful:
Build and maintain strong relationships with around 70 assigned families, providing dedicated, proactive support. Welcome and onboard new families, helping them confidently navigate our routines, platforms, and tools. Plan and coordinate family events (virtual and in-person) that strengthen school-community bonds. Act as a liaison between families and teachers, ensuring smooth communication and resolving issues quickly and compassionately. Share valuable resources - from extracurricular opportunities to local clubs and community activities. Keep everything organised - from tracking birthdays and scheduling meetings to distributing timetables and essential school documents.
Be a problem-solver - anticipating needs, offering solutions, and ensuring families feel consistently supported. RequirementsWhat we're looking forWe'd love to hear from you if you are: A qualified teacher (Bachelor's degree or higher) seeking a fresh challenge outside the classroom. An exceptional communicator with empathy, listening skills, and relationship-building ability. Highly organised with great attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities. Creative, adaptable, and proactive in finding solutions. Confident using technology and learning new platforms. Based in Mountain Time or Pacific Time (or able to work primarily in those hours).
