🧠 What You'll DoAs a Humanities Content Creator, you'll be supported by a team of educators, product designers, and AI engineers to: Design and write curriculum-aligned content for GCSE, A-Level, IB, IGCSE, and International A-Level in Humanities subjects such as History, Geography, Politics, Sociology, Philosophy, Religious Studies, and English Literature. Create engaging question banks, model answers, structured explanations, and scaffolded learning resources. Review and refine existing materials for clarity, accuracy, and academic rigour. Learn to optimise your content for AI-powered, adaptive learning systems. Collaborate with the wider team to translate evidence-based teaching strategies into a digital learning format.
✅ What Success Looks Like By Month 3: You'll be reviewing and refining content confidently and contributing to team discussions on pedagogy and content approach. By Month 6: You'll be creating new, high-quality Humanities content independently and integrating AI tools into your workflow. By Month 9: You'll begin mentoring others and helping to drive strategy, peer review, and innovation within the teamRequirements🎓 What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is: Academically outstanding - a first-class degree or high 2: 1 from a Russell Group university (or equivalent/higher) in a Humanities subject such as History, English Literature, Philosophy, Politics, Sociology, Religious Studies, or Geography.
Strong at A-Level (or international equivalent) in Humanities subjects. An excellent writer and communicator, with an eye for clarity, structure, and nuance. Curious, coachable, and deeply motivated to improve student outcomes. Mission-driven - passionate about educational equity and innovation. Excited by technology, even if you don't come from a tech background. Ideally has a PGCE or teacher training qualification. Experience tutoring, teaching, or mentoring students.
