As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance & Risk team in a key role that supports the ongoing evolution of our risk management framework. As Manager, Group Risk Framework, you will be responsible for supporting and enabling the Compliance & Risk (C&R) function by managing central systems, tools, and processes.

This is a unique opportunity to influence risk management practices across the Group, working closely with global stakeholders. There will also be opportunities to be involved in other GRM activities (RCA, Incidents, Issues) to build resilience within the team and enrich this role as it develops. Your New RoleThis list of duties is not exhaustive and may change from time to time according to business needs: C&R Systems and ToolsMaintain, develop and administer the following:

RiskScreen – SME, liaison between system provider, IT, C&R, and 1st line of defenceOneSumX - administrative changes (starters, leavers, permissions) and standing data changes. Providing team support coverage for holidays on incidents and committee reportingClient Risk Assessment – maintain, develop (with colleagues) version control.

Maintain and develop the Client Risk Assessment framework in collaboration with internal stakeholders, ensuring effective version control and alignment with the Group standardsEquiom Country Risk Assessment (ECRA) – monitor and implement changes, liaise with colleagues who are responsible for the oversight and execution of Equiom Country Risk Assessment (ECRA) updates, liaising with colleagues across jurisdictions to ensure consistent application and alignmentMonitoring and AssuranceResponsible for leading the coordination, oversight, and reporting of the Group's thematic risk reviews, ensuring alignment with risk management frameworks and supporting the identification of emerging risks across jurisdictionsCo-ordination, oversight and reporting on Jurisdictional Compliance Monitoring ProgrammesCompletion of an agreed portfolio of 2nd line assurance reviews (where time permits)Policy Management and AdministrationMaintenance, management and activities to embed C&R’s Group Policies (Level 1 Policy)Group Oversight and reporting on C&R Policy AttestationsAdministration of policy exceptions and exemptionsKnowledge Management, Training and AwarenessCo-ordination, oversight and reporting on C&R mandatory trainingCo-ordination and management of C&R training packagesHorizon scanning, knowledge management/transferRisk Analysis and ReportingCollection, consolidation, analysis and reporting of risk insights from multiple data sourcesContribute to impactful reporting for Equiom’s governance bodies for Equiom GroupWhat will you need to succeed in this role?As to be expected, we are searching for someone who can bring a range of skills and experiences to enhance the team.

As such, there are a few essential skills we are looking for:

A number of years’ experience in a Risk, Compliance, or related disciplineRelevant qualifications such as ICA Diploma, ACAMS, or other recognised qualificationsHighly organisedInitiative/ability to work without close supervisionFinancial Services backgroundGood stakeholder management (CRM, Regional Compliance Heads, GRM, Local C&R Teams)Good analysis and report writing skillsPersonal attributes which would be seen in the ideal applicant include;Ability to build strong, effective relationships with colleagues at all levelsA well organised, methodical worker able to prioritise effectivelyThe capability to work effectively both as part of a team and on their own.
