The position requires technical expertise, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to safety and operational efficiency.Reports to: Procurement and Logistics ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesEquipment Preparation: Preparing equipment for projects and ensuring it meets operational standards.Maintenance Management: Performing regular maintenance on all equipment, including steel, construction units, and subsea sensors, etc.Asset Tracking: Managing and tracking equipment in and out of the workshop, yeard, and project sites.Return Checks: Verifying the return and condition of equipment after use.Workshop Management: Organizing, maintaining, and overseeing all workshop activities.Inventory Control: Maintaining accurate stock records, performing inventory checks, and controlling asset availability.Documentation: Keeping detailed maintenance logs, asset reports, and workshop records.Emergency Preparedness: Participating in safety drills and responding appropriately to incidents in the workshop or yard.Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety standards and ensuring all maintenance tasks follow proper safety protocols.Key RequirementsMBO-level education or equivalent in a relevant technical field.Practical experience in the maintenance of equipment, ideally steel and/or subsea equipment.Experience working with offshore equipment, electrical equipment, and hoisting materials is ideal.Desired courses/certifications: ‘keuren Elektrische arbeidsmiddelen volgens NEN3140’ and ‘keuren Klimmaterieel, Hijsmiddelen en Valbeveiliging’ would be a bonus. Forklift course, and BHV/First Aid course would also be ideal.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of asset management, inventory control, and workshop operations.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in basic technical tools and equipment maintenance software is a plus.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Basic knowledge of emergency response procedures.What We OfferAt ECE Offshore, we believe our people are our greatest strength.
