Alliance Gulf Transport & Construction L.L.C (ALGT) is a leading Abu Dhabi–based company established in 2019, specializing in heavy equipment and machinery rental, bulk material transport, and industrial support services. Our rental fleet includes a wide range of excavators, wheel loaders, trailers, lowbeds, tipper trucks, water tanks, fuel tanks, sewage tanks, buses, pickups, cranes, graders, and compactors, supporting major oil & gas, construction, and infrastructure projects across the UAE.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to lead and grow our machinery rental division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in oil & gas sector requirements, an established client network, and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets through professional relationship-building and market insight.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand ALGT’s rental business within the oil & gas and construction industries.Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and secure long-term rental contracts with EPC contractors and project owners.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure proper equipment mobilization, demobilization, and customer satisfaction.Prepare and follow up on quotations, rental agreements, and proposals in line with company policies.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and upcoming project opportunities.Maintain accurate sales reports and client databases for management review.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of proven experience in equipment or machinery rental sales within the UAE oil & gas sector.Strong network with ADNOC and EPC contractors.Valid UAE Driving Licence.Proficient in Microsoft Office and professional computer applications (CRM/ERP preferred).Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.To apply: Please send your CV to info@algt.net with the subject line “Sales Executive – Machinery Rental (ALGT)”.
