Your opportunityAs an Equipment Superintendent, you will be part of the Technical Department of a major offshore fleet owner-operator. The department manages the maintenance, repair, and modifications of state-of-the-art, complex vessels, and equipment, providing technical support on and offshore. You will be responsible for the day-to-day technical management, safe operation, and improvement of a wide range of mechanical equipment, proactively monitoring mechanical systems and performing operational and maintenance checks to reduce downtime. Additionally, you will contribute to company-wide improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the sustainability and efficiency of operations.What you will doOrganize and control repair and maintenance (R&M) of assigned vessel(s), managing daily technical operations and projects, including planning and budget controlMaintain up-to-date technical documentation and vessel historyEnsure compliance with Vessel Management System, flag state rules, classification societies, IMO, and other relevant regulations, liaising with these bodies as neededDrive continuous improvement initiatives, stimulate and propose the use of new technologies and prepare (investment) proposalsWhere you will workWant to be part of the changing process of the global offshore industry?
