You'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity of equity transactions and providing support to our employees regarding their awards. In your day-to-day, you will:Prepare accurate monthly recurring and custom reports and reconciliations to track equity transactionsEnsure global equity reporting and compliance, including all equity-related filingsCollaborate with corporate legal and the designated broker to manage and track 10b5-1 plansAssist in preparing presentations for the Compensation Committee regarding the equity pool and proposed equity grantsRespond to employee inquiries and resolve issues related to their awardsMaintain the completeness and accuracy of SOX controls for stock-based compensationUphold and develop policies and procedures related to global equity compliance and ensure adherence to internal controlsQualifications3-5 years of relevant experience in global equity plan administrationStrong understanding of equity plans and various equity award typesProficient in Excel and experience managing ShareworksAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, highly confidential environmentExperience managing ShareworksExcellent communication skills with various levels of internal employees and business partnersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research complex global equity issuesStrong technical SQL skillsAdditional InformationWe are Wix's Finance Group.
