The firm’s clients—including individuals, families, family offices, endowments, foundations, charities, institutions, consultants, and financial intermediaries—are served by over 950 colleagues worldwide, all of whom are equity owners of the firm.Abu Dhabi | Austin | Baltimore | Boston | Delaware | Frankfurt | London | Nashville | New York | North Carolina | San Francisco | Singapore | Southern California | Tokyo | Virginia | Washington, D.CJob description and responsibilities: This role emphasizes bottom-up research and comprehensive financial analysis to support investment decision-making.Produce written research, including financial statement and valuation analysis.Prepare investment review notes and present recommendations on covered companies to team members and the wider firm.Build detailed financial models for investable companies.Attend earnings calls, review business news, annual reports and financial filings, and utilize industry-specific data to support company coverage.Use data to help re-engineer our investment processes and/or extract incremental market returns.Requirements:Open to candidates currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s or master’s degree.Excellent written communication skills, highly motivated and a passion for investing.Strong financial analysis, valuation and modeling skills.Knowledge of accounting and equity investing is necessary.Eager to ask questions, admit mistakes, and learn new things.Proficiency in a second language is preferred.Understanding of Python and experience with Dash/Streamlit/Java for data science candidates is preferred.BenefitsAt Brown Advisory we offer a competitive compensation package, including full benefits.
