Staying up to date to market news and development.Build and maintain strong relationship with retail equity clients by:Understand clients needsUnderstand clients trading preferences.Inform clients with all relevant market news and development and its implication on trading recommendation.Provide clients with trading recommendation based on the research by Research Department.Communicate clients transaction order to Sales Dealer needsCall and visit clients to build excellent rapport and serve clients relevant needsContinuously renew the WPPE licenseApproach potential clients and establish excellent rapport to make new retail clients for the company.Assist new retail clients through the registration process.Applying Know Your Customer Principles as referred to in OJK RegulationsMake a contract to open regular Security accounts with clientsMake a contract to open a financing Securities account with a customer for customer who receive financing facilitiesWorking closely with sales dealer and admin branchDealing with retail clients.Responsible upon trading errors and unresolved debtsResponsible for clients transaction upon regulatory related questionings
