Healthcare background with HEDIS audit experience, project management skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills, and ability to work independently and lead teams. Top 5-10 ResponsibilitiesMaintain SDS documentation for HEDIS® auditors and internal requirements. Work with external partners to define SDS requirements. Manage NCQA Roadmap Section 5 docs and communications. Identify gaps in documentation and fix 'em. Analyze data to find issues/trends for better data capture.

Lead supplemental data verification activities with internal/external auditors. Make data-driven recommendations on SDS strategies. Monitor business processes and deliverables for compliance. Ensure NCQA HEDIS®, auditor, or business requirements are met.
