Eren Retail, which includes the brands Lacoste, Burberry, Superstep, House of Superstep, Gant, Nautica, Occasion, Converse, Intersport, The Kooples, Superkids, FashFed, United4 and United Brands, operates in 25 countries with more than 30 years of experience. It continues its investments and determined progress in the sector with nearly 600 stores and over 1000 sales points. We are looking for a Brand Director to join our Gant team.

QualificationsBA/BS degree in related fields,Min 10 years experience in brand management, planning, marketing and sales in retail sector is a must,Experience in textile production, including working with factories, knowing fabric types, costs, and delivery times,Good knowledge and hands-on experience in visual merchandising, such as planning store layouts, and creating seasonal displays,E-commerce and digital marketing experience is an important asset,Retail management experience is a must,Demonstrated ability in leading teams and creating a high performing engaged culture,Effective communication and relationship management,Digital minded, well organized, passionate, self motivated and customer oriented,Result-oriented with analytical thinking and organizational skills,Creative and an out-of-the-box thinker,Strong stakeholder management experience at an executive level,Excellent command of written and spoken English,Job DescriptionManaging all operational processes and decisions by focusing profitability,Determining budget of buying, planning, cost management.

Managing, following up and monitoring of all buying operations of store, online, wholesale, CIS channels,Daily, weekly, monthly, yearly sales and follow up&management of budget target,Determining and implementing pricing strategies for full price + outlet,Delivery-stock-sales plan of all sales channel (store, online, wholesale, CIS), consolidating strategies of all channels and monitoring&controlling of them in practice,Carry out all operational processes with Stockholm team members of brand,Informing production and design teams about the needs of brand, directing them and determining strategies,Determining marketing strategies, implementing, preserving and increasing brand awareness,Managing planning, allocation, visual, marketing, store and wholesale operations, determining strategies and implementing,Developing product and sales strategies in order to expansion of brand and growth.
