As we continue our exciting growth, we are looking for a eRetail Coordinator who wants to be at the forefront of ground-breaking eCommerce strategies. You will help showcase the unique products of NYM to the world.Responsibilities Supports the Harvest Content PartnershipProvides Harvest with day-to-day content tasks and support to fulfill business goals and objectives.Provides weekly content updates to NAMs during retailer calls.Works with Creative and Brand teams to execute PDP updates as needed.Routinely reviews content to ensure the team is meeting Retailer Scorecard expectations.Proactively reviews PDPs by retailer to ensure successful syndication from platforms. Supports Product LaunchesBuilds new products mappings to upload to Salsify as needed for innovation or new product selections by Retailer.Works with the Creative team to collect assets by product and retailer and deliver to Harvest Content Team in a timely manner.Works with Brand and Creative teams to collect copy by product and deliver to Harvest Content Team for specific retailer needs.Provides BTF assets to the Harvest Content team.Works with creative and social teams to upload video assets to YouTube.Uploads ingredient information to Label Insights and Ulta’s Beauty Conscious System. Manages the BazaarVoice Sampling ProgramCo-owns the partnership with eRetail Coordinator to lead the ratings & review process for the eRetail team.Ships out samples prior to innovation launches at Retailers.Maintains review syndication by Retailer, frequently reviewing pdps to ensure reviews are flowing through.Works with the eRetail Coordinator to approve and reject incoming organic reviews.Provides monthly updates on sampling status by product. Collaborating with the marketing team to execute digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. Staying informed about the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.The ideal candidate will also bring proven experience in omni-channel retail management, with a strong understanding of how to integrate and optimize customer experiences across e-retail digital marketplaces and physical retail environments. The candidate should be adept at shopper coordination—working closely with cross-functional teams to align merchandising, marketing, and execution strategies that drive engagement and conversion. Experience managing shopper journeys and touchpoints across platforms is essential, along with familiarity in tools that support cross-channel performance tracking.RequirementsREQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:The eRetail Coordinator should be tech-savvy, have a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, and possess excellent analytical and communication skills.They should also be capable of working closely with various departments, from marketing to supply chain, to ensure a smooth online shopping experience for customers.Comfort with technology and the ability to adapt to new tools and platforms quickly, as the e-commerce landscape is constantly evolving.Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the e-commerce operation.Precise attention to detail to ensure that product listings, pricing, and content are accurate and up to date.Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, often working with different teams and departments.Strong communication skills to collaborate with various teams, vendors, and partners, as well as to effectively convey the brand's message to customers.Knowledge of marketing principles and tactics, including the ability to plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities.The willingness and ability to stay updated on e-commerce trends, technologies, and industry best practices.
