Job Title: Business Analyst – ERP Systems, Data Migration & Process Development Location: Edmonton preferred; remote considered Term: 1-year contract Start Date: As soon as possibleOpportunity Overview:Our client, a growing organization in the industrial equipment and heavy machinery leasing space, is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support ERP implementation, data migration, and process improvement initiatives. This is a one-year contract role with the potential to make a significant impact across the full project lifecycle.Role Responsibilities:Support ERP system implementationGather business, technical, and data requirementsConduct process mapping and develop workflowsAssist with data mapping, translation, cleansing, and migrationCreate and maintain documentationDevelop test cases, scenarios, and scripts; support UATSupport training content creation and facilitationProvide post-implementation hypercare supportIdeal Candidate Profile:Proven ERP system implementation experienceHands-on experience with data migration and process mappingFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Power BI is a strong plusComfortable working in a small, dynamic team environmentStrong analytical, documentation, and communication skillsWhy This Role: This is an excellent opportunity to contribute directly to ERP and data projects for an industrial organization.
