They are currently implementing Microsoft Business Central, and they are looking for a Business Partner who helps them with this challenging project.Main responsibilitiesTranslate business requirements into ERP functionality and configure the ERP within your functional business domainEnsure cross-functional domain integration and define cross functional data topicsAct as an internal consultant for assigned functional areas and guide, coach, and train stakeholdersOptimize business processes and identify opportunity for further alignment between entitiesAssist in creating training materials and leading training sessionsSupport the integration and implementation of processesDocument work procedures using UML, BPML, or sequence diagramsParticipate in go-live and hyper-care activitiesDefine master data requirements and promote standard ERP setupProfile requiredGood knowledge of Microsoft Business CentralExcellent understanding of business processes and functional requirementsExperience in translating business requirements into ERP solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsFluent in French or Dutch, with a good command of the otherAbility to travel within BelgiumBenefits2 days of homeworking per weekMobility budgetOpportunities to learn and grow within the group
