Now, a pioneer in Business Transformation Solutions, we empower organizations to lead their market space by keeping pace with the rapid changes in IT innovations, ensuring relevance to specific business initiatives required to maximize revenue generation.We Are Recruiting To Fill The Position BelowJob Title: ERP Developer / Functional ConsultantLocation: LagosEmployment Type: Full-timeResponsibilitiesERP Development & Customization:Design, develop, and implement custom modules, plug-ins, workflows, and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics 365.Customize existing features and functionalities to meet business requirements.Maintain and enhance existing ERP applications, ensuring optimal performanceRequirements AnalysisCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes, user requirements, and challenges within the telecommunications domain.ERP ImplementationLead the design, configuration, and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the telecommunications industry, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.Customization And IntegrationCustomize ERP solutions to meet specific telecommunications business needs and ensure smooth integration with existing systems and processes.Data MigrationOversee data migration processes, ensuring accurate and secure transfer of data from legacy systems to the new ERP platform.User Training And SupportConduct training sessions for end-users on ERP functionality and provide ongoing support to ensure efficient utilization of the system.Testing And Quality AssuranceDevelop and execute test plans to validate ERP system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high level of quality and reliability.DocumentationCreate comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, and training materials, to support ERP implementation and ongoing maintenance.CollaborationWork closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and management, to ensure ERP solutions align with overall business objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as an ERP Developer and Functional Consultant.In-depth knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics,SAP, Oracle)Strong understanding of telecommunications business processes, including billing, network management, and customer relationship management (CRM).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Project management experience is a plus.Relevant certifications in ERP are highly desirable.BenefitsHealthcare Insurance (HMO)Paid LeaveGroup Life InsuranceProfessional Development Reimbursement.Application Closing Date30th November, 2025.Don't Keep!
