We are looking for an ERP Lead - Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled ERP Lead specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience and deep understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Bi and Power Virtual agents, integrations, business processes, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for leveraging technology to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities System Analysis and Design: Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations solution. Implementation and Configuration: Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, ensuring alignment with our business needs and industry best practices. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities, and other tooling or applications, for process improvement and optimization within our operating business, from Finance, Manufacturing, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, to SCM and HR. Integration Management: Manage integration of Dynamics 365 with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. These will include sourcing and integrating new solutions, including a new Order Management System, an SCM solution, and a Manufacturing Execution System, an eCommerce platform and a new HR solution, amongst others. Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, addressing user queries, troubleshooting issues, and implementing system updates and enhancements. Analytics / Business Intelligence: own, manage and develop our Power BI platform, in conjunction with our Analytics external provider. Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs for end-users and create detailed documentation to support system usage and best practices. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, SCM, Procurement, Sales and Retail, and external vendors, to ensure successful project delivery and system performance. Project Management: Lead and manage projects related to our Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role, with at least 3 years of specialized experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. Required skills Proficiency in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations modules, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, SCM, Operations and the Commerce / Retail extension. Experience with D365 F&O upgrades and Life Cycle Services (LCS). Conversant with System Administration and Security Roles. Ability to develop and customize PowerApps, Power Automate solutions, and Power Virtual Agents, including automating workflows with Power Automate. Expertise in Power Bi. Experience in integrating Power Platforms with external systems. Able to optimize app performance and maintain security best practices. Advanced knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM) activities. Java hands on experience for customizing PowerApps Familiarity with Azure services and integrations. Knowledge and / or hands-on experience with Azure Data lakes and Dataverse. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and design effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable in being involved in taking requirements from business teams and providing solutions. Proven experience in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver them on time and within budget. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, build strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels. High level of attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. English speaking. Preferred Qualifications Industry Experience: Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics or retail  where Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations is widely used. Advanced Analytics: Knowledge of advanced analytics tools and techniques, such as Power BI, for data analysis and reporting. Change Management: Experience in change management and organizational development, with the ability to drive the adoption of new systems and processes. Experienced in Order Management Systems, eCommerce, SCM, IoT solutions. Knowledge of Azure Manufacturing Architecture in the Azure platform knowledge on D365 FO concepts, Extensions, COC, Integrations using OData/Logic Apps. We are looking forward to your application.
