ERP Pre-Sales & Implementation Manager

Job Title: ERP Pre-Sales & Implementation ManagerLocation: Lahore Salary Package: PKR 200,000 – 250,000 Timings: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM  Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused ERP Pre-Sales & Implementation Manager to join our team. This role plays a key part in bridging the gap between sales and delivery by providing expert-level pre-sales support, as well as hands-on implementation of ERP solutions. He/She will work directly with prospects and clients to understand their business processes, recommend suitable ERP modules, and lead successful deployments Responsibilities:·      Collaborate with the sales team to identify client needs and craft tailored ERP solutions·      Deliver product presentations, demonstrations, and technical deep dives·      Prepare and present RFP/RFI responses and solution proposals·      Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to showcase ERP capabilities·      Act as a subject matter expert during client meetings and workshops·      Lead end-to-end implementation of ERP system, including requirement gathering, system configuration, and testing·      Customize ERP modules to fit unique client needs·      Support data migration and integration activities·      Provide training to end-users and administrators·      Offer go-live and post-go-live support to ensure client success Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, CA intermediate + Article completed, ACCA & ACMA. Experience: ·      5+ years of experience in ERP pre-sales, consulting, and implementation·      Proven experience with multiple ERPs [Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.]·      Strong understanding of business processes across finance, operations, HR, and supply chain  Skills:·      Excellent presentation and communication skills·      Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions·      Hands-on experience in ERP configuration and customization·      Basic knowledge of data migration, system integration, and reporting·      Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities·      Preferred Qualifications·      ERP certifications (e.g., SAP B1, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Certified Consultant) is a plus·      Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus·      Experience with API integrations or scripting (a bonus) What We Offer:·      Competitive salary and performance bonuses·      Opportunities for professional development and certification·      Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to diverse industries and clients
