ERP Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:Managing the client project to ensure that all targets and requirements are met and ensure billable projects are completed on schedule and within budget.Determining and defining project scope and objectivesPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient mannerDeveloping and managing a detailed project schedule and work planUtilizing industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project executionMonitoring progress and make adjustments as neededMeasuring project performance to identify areas for improvementTracking project costs in order to meet budgetQualifications:Bachelor Degree/Master Degree (IT/related major is preferable)Have 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager on ERP software implementation Understanding of business systems, ability to multi-task on diverse requirements, understanding of Software development Lifecycle and techniques, and experience in the development of system documentation or training materialsExperience working directly within a software development teamPassion for building great products and solving customer and business problems.Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practicesProven ability to solve problems creativelyExcellent analytical skills
