ERP Project Test Lead / Coordinator (Bilingual)Location: Toronto, ON Start Date: November 17, 2025 End Date: March 31, 2026 Work Arrangement: Remote with occasional in-office meetings Rate: $80 per hourAbout the RoleOur client is undertaking a major finance modernization initiative, transforming legacy systems into a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and success of the ERP implementation.The ERP Project Test Lead / Coordinator will work closely with the ERP integrator test manager, functional leads, and subject matter experts to plan, coordinate, and execute comprehensive testing activities across all phases of the project.Key ResponsibilitiesTest Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain detailed test plans aligned with project timelines and objectives. Coordinate and track testing activities across multiple teams.Test Case Management: Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to design, organize, and execute test cases for various ERP modules.Defect Tracking: Use Jira and Power BI to manage defect logging, prioritization, and resolution processes.Reporting and Metrics: Produce regular test progress reports and dashboards, highlighting risks, metrics, and key findings.User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Prepare UAT scenarios, coordinate end-user participation, and ensure timely collection and resolution of feedback.Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with project managers, developers, and business teams to ensure testing aligns with business and system requirements.Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and contribute to best practices for ERP testing and implementation.QualificationsMinimum of 7 years of experience in testing coordination or test management, specifically within ERP implementations (Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP preferred).Strong understanding of ERP systems, with emphasis on finance and procurement modules.Extensive experience in planning and managing system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.Proficiency with Jira and Power BI; familiarity with TestRail considered an asset.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within tight timelines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Collaborative and approachable team player with demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.Adaptability to changing project demands and priorities.
