About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented ERP Sales Executive with a strong background in Odoo ERP sales. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of ERP systems, business process management, and solution-based selling. This role requires a professional capable of identifying client needs, developing tailored proposals, and building long-term partnerships that drive business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Odoo ERP solutions across various industries.Identify and qualify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach.Conduct detailed presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing Odoo’s capabilities and business value.Manage the entire sales cycle — from lead generation and needs analysis to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.Collaborate closely with the technical and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and activity reports within the CRM system.Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum of 2–4 years of experience in ERP software sales, with proven experience selling Odoo ERP solutions.Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Accounting, Sales, Inventory, HR, CRM, and Manufacturing.Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close enterprise-level deals.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client operations and identify pain points.Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Preferred QualificationsExperience working with CRM and pipeline management tools.Familiarity with SaaS business models and cloud-based ERP solutions.Knowledge of market trends and digital transformation strategies in the ERP domain.
