We have a proven track record of successful implementations due to our superior service and support.Responsibilities• Manage N41 ERP product implementation for clients• Configure N41 ERP fitting to clients’ business and its environments• Help data migration from clients’ old ERP S/W to N41 ERP product• Provide training opportunities to clients (end users)• Collaborate with Development team to custom program based on clients’ needs and requirements and translate those into N41’s product and actionable next steps• Lead internal and external meetings, including weekly check-ins and client training sessions• Set a strong foundation for ongoing client management success and provide continuous support to clients• Managing partner-client relationships• Drive open issues to conclusion in a timely manner• Work to continuously improve the implementation processQualifications• Exceptional understanding of the IT environment• 1-5 years of experience working in related industry• Motivated self-starter with demonstrated creative problem-solving and issue-resolution skills• Strong sense of ownership and a track record of managing processes with a sharp attention for detail• Experience with CRM applications to successfully manage tasks and events with an understanding of how to manage opportunities and accounts• Positive and can-do attitude• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the timeBenefits• 100% coverage for Medical/Dental/Vision for the employees and 50% coverage for their dependent families• Life Insurance• Accidental Death & Dismemberment coverage• 401(k)• Long-term disability benefits• Health & Dependent Care FSA• PTO - 10days for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd year (+1 day each year starting from the 4th year) - Maximum 18 days• Company paid lunch when working at the office• Free parkingPay rangeThe pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $55,000 - $80,000 (yr); however, basepay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay.Base pay information is based on market location. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.
