ERP Systems Analyst ( Acumatica)

 We are seeking a skilled Acumatica ERP Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing reports, creating dashboards, and customizing the Acumatica ERP system to meet our business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Acumatica's functionalities and the ability to translate business requirements into effective ERP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesReport Development:Design, develop, and maintain custom reports using Acumatica's Report Designer to provide actionable insights for various departmentsEnsure accuracy and integrity of data presented in reportsDashboard Creation:Develop interactive and user-friendly dashboards within Acumatica to facilitate real-time monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)Collaborate with stakeholders to identify essential metrics and ensure dashboards meet business requirementsSystem Customization:Customize Acumatica ERP modules to align with business processes, including developing new functionalities and modifying existing onesManage third-party integrations to enhance system capabilitiesTechnical Support and Troubleshooting:Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Acumatica-related issuesCollaborate with IT and other departments to resolve system-related problems promptlyTraining and Documentation:Develop and deliver training materials to end-users to ensure effective utilization of Acumatica featuresMaintain comprehensive documentation of customizations, reports, and dashboardsQualifications Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Acumatica ERP, including report writing, dashboard creation, and system customizationProficiency in Acumatica's Report Designer and dashboard toolsStrong understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulationExperience with C# and .NET framework for customization projectsFamiliarity with system integration and APIsAbility to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with system integration and APIsFamiliarity with business processes in industries such as manufacturing and distributionAcumatica certification(s) is a plusAbout 1840 & Company1840 & Company is a global leader in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and remote talent solutions, dedicated to propelling businesses forward through our comprehensive suite of services.
