Senior Planning & Controls EngineerWe’re supporting a leading player in the industrial construction sector in the search for a Senior Construction Planning & Controls Engineer to join a large-scale project. This is a pivotal role focused on schedule management, cost control, risk mitigation, and reporting within a complex engineering and construction environment. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project schedules (Primavera P6), ensuring alignment with subcontractors and on-site productivity. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and proactively address scheduling issues. Track key performance indicators and flag deviations or potential delays.
Support cost control, variation order analysis, milestone validation, and payment certifications. Lead schedule quality reviews, document changes over time, and ensure reporting accuracy. Contribute to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Produce structured progress reports and contribute to broader stakeholder communications. Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance, and project standards. Requirements: Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred). 5+ years’ experience in planning/project controls for major industrial construction projects. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel. Familiarity with Level III & IV schedules and large-scale contractor coordination. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Fluency in English required. Right to work in EU required.
