Job Description

SummaryCorporate project management office team is looking for an assistant to support Project Management, Portfolio Management and Resource Management activities with focus on process automation and reporting. We are looking for University student for 20 hours/week - we can adjust the schedule to fit your school timetable. Job DescriptionPortfolio coordinator is responsible to cover the following: Rewrite informally entered tasks into internal systems and supervise meeting of the deadlines. Support preparation of portfolio and resource management reporting and analytics on regular basis – collect, summarize and analyze the data.

Handle phone calls, email communications, answer simpler or repetitive questions separately and, if necessary, pass them on to the principal points of contact, eg. ask for regular updates of current projects running in the company. Negotiate and schedule meetings, attend selected meetings and create meeting minutes. Organize and prepare comprehensive documentation requiring the use of office technology and software specified by the superior. Automation of internal processes and tools. Preparationof reports based on internal data collection. REQUIREMENTS FOR THE EMPLOYEE : Candidates with education suit the positionUniversity student Language SkillsEnglish - B2/C1 Essential Job Requirements:
