KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Learning Systems & Process ManagementAdminister our Education Portal (LMS) and ensure the seamless execution of learning activities. Coordinate and publish learning events (webinars, virtual courses) in the LMS.
Maintain learning pathways and recommend user-focused improvements to enhance the platformâs usability. Ensure learning-related processes (registrations, reminders, completions) are clearly defined, well-documented, and consistently executed. Language Education CoordinationPlan, organize, and monitor the full cycle of language education programs in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Track participation, monitor attendance and feedback, and proactively manage logistics and communication. Ensure timely updates and clear information flow to learners and providers. Learning Data & ReportingMaintain up-to-date training records, course attendance, completions, and learning history across systems. Analyze data to track usage, engagement, and program effectiveness.
Prepare regular reports and insights to support audits, strategic planning, and stakeholder decision-making. Knowledge & Content ManagementKeep L&D intranet pages and learning communication materials clear, consistent, and current. Create and manage documentation and FAQs that support learners in navigating tools and programs. Operational & Administrative SupportOversee purchase order (PO) creation and tracking for L&D-related services. Provide hands-on support for events, masterclasses, and webinars. 2-3 year experience in L&D operations, HR coordination, or a similar process-focused roleHands-on experience with learning platforms (LMS) and/or HR systems like Workday, Docebo, etc. Solid skills in working with Excel or similar tools to manage and analyze data. Strong organizational and communication skills (written and spoken English). Comfort with juggling deadlines and adapting to evolving needs. Basic Salary (gross): from 1800 EURThe final amount of the basic salary may be adjusted depending on the individual knowledge and experience of the selected candidate.
