Do you enjoy working in sales operations and sales support roles? Have you ever worked with ERP or CRM systems?We are looking for a new team member to join our high-performing Sales Support team. This role involves assisting ESETâs partners in successfully completing their ordering processes via our sales tools, continuously improving system setups, and collaborating with sales teams across multiple countries. What will be your agenda: Provide support to ESET partners and offices in order to solve their requests regarding ordering related processes.
Process orders and other requests in business applications on required expert level and support monthly invoicing of partners and offices to assure monthly closing in a timely matter. Manage partner contracts administration, create improvements in system and processes to assure delivery of contracts in good quality. Work on standardized usage of global licensing system and CRM system across the organization, and roll out of new functionalities to partners and offices. Act as a Business Key User for both systems, propose improvements to assure fluent sales process and support itâs effective & user friendly environment.
Prepare and keep up-to date training materials connected with licensing systems and CRM and train partners, offices or internal customers. Create reports for sales support monitoring and monthly reporting. Cooperate on projects defined at division level This position is a maternity leave cover. What we expect from you: Bachelor's Degree in business administration, economics, management. At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position. Experience with ERP or CRM systems as an end-user. Experience with systems for managing indirect sales channels (e. g. , reseller portals, ordering portals, marketing centers, certification portals, etc.
Experience with change management is a plus.
