As ESG Reporting Advisor, you will play a vital role in preparing our CSRD-aligned reporting and you will contribute to improving our ESG reporting with accurate and reliable data.Your new role We offer an exciting and challenging role where you will play a significant role in ensuring high quality ESG reporting for investors, regulators, employees and all other external stakeholders.As an ESG Reporting Advisor, you will be working with:Preparing Novo Nordisk’s ESG reporting, including the Sustainability Statement in the Annual ReportResponsible for selected metrics and ensuring that they are accurately reported in a transparent mannerCollaborate closely with stakeholders around the business on data collectionResponsible for our EU Taxonomy reportingImproving our data collection- and consolidation processesResponsible for our ESG reporting to raters and rankers, e.g. CDP, MSCI, EcoVadis etc.Your new department You will be part of ESG Reporting, which is located at our headquarters in Bagsværd outside of Copenhagen, Denmark. ESG Reporting is a part of the Finance organization under the CFO. Due to the diverse nature of ESG data, the ESG Reporting team has extensive collaboration across many different departments in Novo Nordisk.ESG Reporting consists of 10 employees located in Denmark and India. We are part of Corporate Accounting, which is headed up by Rikke Ryttergaard Andersen and consists of approx. 40 engaged employees consisting of a great mix in age, gender and nationality.Your Skills And QualificationsThe ESG space is undergoing a revolution. To succeed in this position, you must thrive in a high pace environment, where things are anything but at steady state. You should be interested in joining a large organisation with many stakeholders and enjoy handling many different tasks at once.Preferably, you have one or several of the following professional experiences, combined with a pragmatic and can-do attitude:Hold a bachelor's or master’s degree related to ESG topics, business, or auditing Worked 3+ years with Sustainability, ESG reporting or as an ESG consultantHave knowledge of methodologies and frameworks pertaining to ESG reporting (such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, GHG Protocol etc.)Good communication skills and ability to interact confidently with stakeholders at all levelsProficient Microsoft Excel userKnowledge of ESG rating schemes (such as CDP, MSCI, EcoVadis etc.)Experience with environmental reporting, e.g. carbon accounting, SBTi etc.Working at Novo NordiskEvery day we seek the solutions that defeat serious chronic diseases.
