Job RequirementsCurrently enrolled in a Master’s program in Sustainability, Procurement, Supply Chain, Environmental Science, or a related fieldAvailable from February 2026 to July 2026Solid understanding of ESG, GHG Protocol, and LCA principlesStrong Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI or similar tools is a plusFluent in English, both written and spokenSoft SkillsAnalytical and detail-orientedProactive and eager to learnStrong communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamJob DescriptionAs an ESG intern, you will play an active role in supporting our sustainability initiatives and gaining hands-on experience in an international environment. You’ll work on meaningful projects that help us improve processes, analyze data, and raise awareness of sustainability practices across the organization.You will work on one of the two projects that contribute to our sustainability goals: Supporting ESG Reporting ProcessesCollect and validate sustainability data from various business unitsAssist with data analysis and KPI tracking in line with CSRD and ESRSSupport process documentation and control designContribute to our annual Sustainability Report Participating in a Pilot Project on Life Cycle Assessments (LCA) and Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs)Gather input data from production, design, and procurement teamsSupport environmental impact modelingAssist with product-level sustainability documentationHelp raise internal awareness of LCA principlesPlease note: These internships focus on practical results and may not be suitable for graduation theses.Your teamAs part of our ESG team, you will be at the center of our sustainability efforts. This team ensures that HQ Pack meets international standards and drives initiatives that reduce environmental impact across the organization.
