Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Camps Coordinator to join the team at ESM and take the lead in managing the daily operations, communication, and administration of our camp programmes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring seamless customer service, smooth coordination with internal departments, and high-quality delivery of our seasonal camps. Key ObjectivesHandle all camps enquiries via emails, phone, website, and respond in a timely mannerMaintain clear communication with Relationship Managers and other relevant stakeholdersResolve customer issues, manage complaints, and gather feedbackManage and direct inbound calls and emails during non-camp periodsRespond promptly to messages via Trengo during pre, during, and post camp operationsLiaise with Finance for camps-related matters including payroll processingEnsure compliance and documentation for all camp staff including external coachesManage refund procedures and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersEnsure customer details are up to date on relevant IT systemsMaintain accurate filing systems for camp venues and allocated staffOversee procurement tasks including raising POs in line with company proceduresEnsure website information is accurate and up to dateCoordinate with Marketing for timely communication and execution of camp promotionsEnsure adherence to company policies and valuesSupport the wider team with additional duties as assignedSet of Required Skills, Knowledge and BehavioursDesired QualificationsDegree in Management, Administration, or related fieldDesired Experience1–2 years in customer service, administration, or events coordinationJob-Specific Knowledge & SkillsExcellent verbal and written communicationStrong organisational and time management skillsAbility to handle pressure and prioritise tasksCustomer service focusAdministrative and IT skillsProactive and solution-oriented mindsetStrong attention to detailWhat We OfferA monthly salary ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 7,000 inclusive of all allowancesAnnual flight allowancePrivate medical insuranceEnd of service benefitAccess to lifestyle discountsHow to ApplyIf you are ready for this exciting challenge, please email careercamps@esm.
