ESM / ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a driven and innovative ESM / ServiceNow Consultant to join our growing team, help design processes, and consult clients on end-to-end solutions built on the ServiceNow platform.In this role, you will play a key role in a variety of projects in ITSM, ITOM, HR and other business domains for customers worldwide. ResponsibilitiesDrive requirement gathering and analysisCreate User Stories / Requirements specificationsDesign and improve processes in ESM (ITSM and adjacent domains)Serve as a process subject matter expert to the customer and members of the teamClosely collaborate with various stakeholders and members of the team.
