Job ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Technical Project Manager (TPM) to ensure alignment between product objectives, technical feasibility, and delivery strategy. Communicate the product vision clearly across all stakeholders to ensure shared understanding and direction. Translate business and user requirements into clear, actionable user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
Support the development team during sprints by providing timely clarification, business context, and feedback. Review and validate completed work items to ensure they meet defined acceptance criteria and deliver the intended business value. Provide input to the TPM on technical feasibility, constraints, and delivery impact throughout the lifecycle. Engage internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, align priorities, and maintain transparency throughout the product lifecycle. Participate in release planning, ensuring timelines are realistic and progress is effectively communicated to all parties. Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Provide timely feedback on team deliverables and ensure backlog grooming and prioritization are continuously maintained. Perform additional responsibilities as delegated by the Head of Professional Services and Customer Satisfaction (PSCS). Job Qualifications3+ years of proven experience in a dual Business Analyst / Product Owner role within a software development company or digital product environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical/business field. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and business teams.
In-depth knowledge of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, and practical experience participating in Agile ceremonies and delivery cycles. Hands-on experience with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar platforms. Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business goals and technical execution. Sharp analytical and critical thinking abilities to understand complex business challenges and translate them into clear, actionable product requirements. Experience collaborating directly with developers, UX/UI teams, QA, and TPMs, with a deep understanding of SDLC and release management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with strong adaptability to shifting priorities and evolving scopes. A strong user-centric mindset, committed to improving the end-user experience and continuously delivering customer value. Self-starter who actively contributes to product strategy, roadmap planning, and backlog grooming.
