We are looking for an experienced UX/UI Designer to join our R&D team and help deliver outstanding features for our core MaaS app rollouts. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences across products used by end users in major cities. This is a Hybrid role based in our Vilnius office, offering the flexibility to work from home or the office according to your preference. In this position, you will report to the UX Design - Team Lead.
ResponsibilitiesWork directly with our client cities to understand their needs and challenges, and propose thoughtful design solutions Represent the end-user perspective and lead the full product design cycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and preparing detailed hand-offs Design for all UI states and edge cases to ensure robust, intuitive experiences Contribute to launching of future cities and improvements of our existing apps in Berlin, Brussels, and the Solent region in the UK Collaborate closely with product owners, engineers, and fellow designers to deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions Actively participate in both product discovery and delivery phases, supporting your team throughout Share and present your design work regularly to gather feedback and iterate Work across the entire MaaS user journey - from onboarding and account management to trip planning and ride experiences Contribute to and evolve Trafi’s design system for consistency and scalability Qualifications And Expereince3+ years of experience in product design, ideally in a fast-paced, agile environment Experience working in a cross-functional product team Strong design experience across both mobile (iOS/Android) and desktop (web) platforms Proficiency in Figma (experience with other tools like Sketch or Adobe XD is a plus) Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English (written and spoken) A portfolio or case study showcasing the end-to-end product design process (problem framing, UX/UI design, iteration, final outcomes) Nice To HaveHands-on experience with user research and usability testing Comfortable conducting user interviews and translating insights into design decisions Understanding of accessibility principles and familiarity with WCAG guidelines SalaryThe salary range for this position is 4,000 – 4,583 EUR gross per month (48,000 – 55,000 EUR gross per year)What We OfferWork Your Way.
