Description 신규 임대차 계약 임차인과 임대조건 등 협의를 통한 신규계약 업무 ESR켄달스퀘어 기존 네트워크 및 콜드콜 등을 활용한 다양한 임차인 발굴 발굴한 임차인과 긴밀한 네트워크 유지하여 영업정보 업데이트 운영자산 임대정보 및 임대안내문 업데이트 기존 임차인 연장계약 임차인과 연장조건 등 협의를 통한 재계약 업무 임차인의 사업현황 모니터링 및 네트워킹을 통한 사업확대 피칭 공통업무 전국 물류센터 임차정보 관리 자산별 임대관련 Budget 관리 임대관련 투자자 미팅참석 및 부가업무 수행Requirements경력 : 3~5년영어 : 원활한 의사소통 (영어로 회의 가능자) Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or commercial real estate leasing (office, retail, etc. ). Strong understanding of the commercial real estate market and warehouse leasing. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Preferred candidate will have a network in large logistics companies, 3PLs, or e-commerce businesses. Proficiency in English is preferred (ability to collaborate with overseas investors and global tenants). A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Real Estate, Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, etc. ) is preferred.
