Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Miami, QLD. The Estimator will be responsible for preparing and estimating costs for construction projects, analyzing drawings and specifications, assessing material, labor costs, and project timelines, and collaborating with project managers and clients. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Experience with cost estimation, project management, and construction processesAbility to read and understand architectural drawings and specificationsProficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., estimating software, Microsoft Excel)Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsRelevant certification or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related fieldPrevious experience in the construction industry is preferred
