Estimator – Façade Projects: Prepare accurate quotations and cost estimates for aluminum façade systems, collaborating with sales and engineering teams. Requires 3+ years’ experience in façade estimation and a Bachelor’s in Engineering. ResponsibilitiesInterpret architectural drawings, specifications and client requirements to prepare accurate and competitive quotations and cost estimates for façade projects, respecting the deadline given by the customer/sales team, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all building envelope with aluminium system products. Revise quotations and implement required changes, following customer request, work on value engineering quotations as alternatives based on project requirements.LogiKal software to perform material takeoffs, generate cost calculations, and create accurate project estimates. Collaborate closely with the sales, design, procurement, engineering teams and suppliers to provide precise and detailed estimations that support the company project proposals and bids. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, regulations in all estimates and drawings, prepare technical submittals and projects prequalification for projects approvals .Increase number, speed and accuracy of project quotations in order to increase the portion of business awarded through tenders and register all the quotes and submit weekly reports to management. Attend meetings with customers in finalization stage to ensure project is awarded and maintain accurate and updated records of estimates, drawings, and related communications/documentations. QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Equivalent Minimum 3 years experience as a estimator in the field of façade estimation, knowledge of system houses with a focus on UCW (unitized), SCW (stick), Doors and windows and experience in ORGADTA, AutoCAD, MS Office sills are essential.
