ConsultANZ is seeking an Estimator to join a well-established contractor in Hamilton, delivering major design & build water infrastructure projects, including upcoming Wastewater Treatment Works tenders.$110-140k + car + bonus, negotiable depending on experiencePermanent full-timeHamilton, WaikatoThis role offers exposure to multi-disciplinary projects (mechanical, electrical, and civil) and the opportunity to play a key part in shaping successful bids.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed estimates using in-house first-principle estimating tools with built-in production rates.Compile and present bid documentation to clients.Develop construction methodologies where required.Create tender programs using MS Project.Manage and complete RFI templates (minimal bid writing involved).Support tender close-out, including Risk & Opportunity assessments and management reviews.Requirements:Tertiary degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.Proven experience as an Estimator within civil, water, or infrastructure projects.Strong skills in first-principles estimating and Excel-based estimating tools.Ability to work across mechanical, electrical, and civil disciplines.Experience in preparing tender programs (MS Project preferred).Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:$110,000 – $140,000 NZD + vehicle bonus (negotiable based on level of experience)Work with a well-established and respected civil contractorSupportive leadership team and opportunities for career progressionAPPLY NOW if interested, or email joyce.hsu@consultanz.com.au to learn more about this exciting opportunity.Refer a Friend:Not the right fit for you?
