Job Description
Main Responsibilities:• Prepare detailed projects, takeoffs and cost estimates.• Analyze drawings, specifications, and technical addendum.• Search for opportunities on bidding platforms (BIDs).• Coordinate with subcontractors to obtain prices and quotations.• Maintain project progress databases and reports.Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or Interior Design• Experience in quantity takeoffs, plan reading, and cost estimation.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, advanced Excel, and MS Project (desirable).• Intermediate English and knowledge of construction standards.• Analytical, detail-oriented, and organized profile.
