Estimator or Senior EstimatorDue to continued growth and upcoming team succession, Georgiou is seeking an Estimator to join our high-performing estimating team and play a pivotal role in securing large-scale civil infrastructure projects across Western Australia.Whether you’re an experienced Estimator looking to step up, or a Project Engineer / Senior Project Engineer keen to transition into the estimating space, this is your opportunity to be part of a supportive environment where you’ll learn from some of the best in the business.In this role, you’ll take ownership of first-principles estimating, collaborate with construction and engineering teams, and contribute to competitive tender submissions valued typically between $50M–$100M for major clients such as MRWA, PTA, Rio Tinto, BHP, and Watercorp.Your key duties will be to: Prepare and coordinate first-principles estimates (direct and indirect costs) for civil infrastructure tenders.Collaborate closely with design, construction and engineering teams to fully understand project scope, delivery methodology, and client expectations.Support the end-to-end bid process — from pricing and methodology to risk assessments, tender reviews, and submission.Produce clear, accurate, and high-quality tender documentation and presentations.Build relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation within the estimating function.To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:Experience in estimating, cost planning and engineering within civil infrastructure.Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project cost drivers.Excellent analytical, numerical and communication skills.A collaborative mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.Proficiency with estimating software (experience with Expert Estimation highly regarded).A tertiary qualification in civil engineering, construction management, or quantity surveying.If you’re a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer looking to transition into estimating, we’ll provide the tools, mentorship, and development you need to succeed.)Our estimating team is high-performing and pragmatic, we value precision, good banter, and mutual support.
