This includes analyzing drawings and specifications, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting budgeting and tender submissions.Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQsAnalyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documentsCoordinate pricing with suppliers and subcontractorsSupport budgeting, cost control, and tender submissionsEnsure alignment with project timelines and financial targetsCandidate Requirements:Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out estimationStrong knowledge of joinery, finishes, MEP coordination, and local market pricingProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation softwareDiploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fieldStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skillsIf you meet the criteria and are ready to grow your career with a reputable fit-out company, we encourage you to apply.
