We're seeking a Estimator or Junior Project Manager work on a variety of Civil projects, including subdivisions, drainage, maintenance and roading.This role sees you reporting to the Commercial Manager, joining an experienced team to manage the full tender process, including preparation, review, and delivery of tenders and quotes, variations, and risk prediction.What You'll BringProven tendering experience within roading and/or civil infrastructure constructionBe commercially and result focused, with a practical approach to problem solvingAbility to review plans and specifications to determine material quantities, labour requirements, and itemised costsGood communication skills, handle client and key stakeholder engagementProficient with CCS Candy or Benchmark and Microsoft ProjectsSound knowledge of NZS 3910:2013Full NZ Class 1 Driver Licence.NZ Residency or CitizenshipWhat's on offer:Competitive Salary, company vehicle and relocation assistanceOpportunity for continued career progression into a Project ManagerA large variety of business benefits and programmes Live in a beautiful part of New Zealand, perfect for hiking, fishing, hunting and wineries.
